How do I connect DDproperty to Housing Market CRM?
In Settings, under Integrations, choose Create my webhook URL, copy your private address (it is shown only once) and send it to your DDproperty or PropertyGuru contact over a private channel.
- Open Settings, then Integrations, and find DDproperty leads. The feature is part of the Business plan; on other plans the card says so.
- Choose Create my webhook URL. The CRM shows your private address once. Copy it, then choose I have copied it.
- Send the address to your DDproperty or PropertyGuru contact over a private channel and ask them to deliver your enquiries to it. Anyone who has the address can add leads to your CRM, so do not post it anywhere public.
- Wait for the first enquiry. The card shows Last lead received with the date once one has arrived, and No lead received yet until then.
The address is shown only once. If you lose it, choose Rotate URL: the old address stops working immediately, so DDproperty stops delivering until you give them the new one, which is also shown once. Choose Revoke URL to stop DDproperty adding leads altogether; the leads you already have stay in your CRM, and you can create a new address later.
Under Advanced you can enter a shared secret, with the header name it arrives in, and a list of allowed IP ranges, if PropertyGuru gave you them. Most agents leave both empty, because the private address already identifies your account.
