What is DDproperty lead import in Housing Market CRM?
If you advertise on DDproperty (PropertyGuru), the CRM can receive each enquiry on your listings as a new lead, with the details the enquirer gave and the listing it was about. It is part of the Business plan.
DDproperty lead import lets Housing Market CRM receive the enquiries made on your DDproperty listings, so they arrive as leads in your pipeline next to the leads from the Housing Market portals, your website forms and your open houses. It is part of the Business plan. On any other plan the card in Settings says so and shows what it would do.
Every agent has their own private address, so one agent's enquiries never go to another agent's CRM. Nothing arrives until you have made your address in Settings, under Integrations, and given it to your DDproperty or PropertyGuru contact; the CRM does not log in to your DDproperty account, and the set-up on DDproperty's side is done with them.
