How do I review my agent?
Through the personal link in the review email you receive after your deal with the agent has closed. Reviews cannot be written without one.
When an agent who uses Housing Market CRM marks your deal as closed, you are emailed a request to review them after a delay the agent chooses. The email asks “How was your experience with” the agent, and has a personal link that works once and for 30 days.
- Open the link. The Review your agent page opens on the portal.
- Under Your rating, choose the number of stars.
- Under Your review, write at least 10 characters and at most 2,000.
- Under Your name as shown, enter the name to publish with your review. Your first name and initial is enough.
- Choose Submit review.
Your review is published on the agent’s profile straight away, under Reviews, and counts towards the rating shown beside their name. The agent can reply to it, and Housing Market Group can remove a review afterwards.
A review can only be written through such a link, so every review comes from a client the agent actually closed a deal with. If you have not received one, there is no other way to review the agent.
