Does Housing Market CRM tell Housing Market Ads what happened to my leads?

Yes, as counts. When you use both, the CRM reports qualified leads, booked viewings and won deals back to Ads, which shows them next to your campaigns.

When a lead that came from one of your ads reaches a later step in Housing Market CRM, the CRM tells Housing Market Ads: the lead is qualified, a viewing is booked, or the deal is won. Ads shows these counts in the CRM follow-up part of Conversion Tracking, per campaign, together with the cost per qualified lead and the cost per won deal.

Only counts and costs travel between the two, never names, emails or phone numbers, and a lead you archived or a contact you erased is not reported. The CRM sends its report on a schedule, so a step you just recorded can take a little while to appear.

This part is new and carries a Beta notice. Until the CRM has reported something for the period, the page says nothing has been reported yet.
