What are property offers emails, and how do I stop them?

Property offers are emails with listings from agents that match your searches. You receive them only if you ticked the box, at most one a day, and you can stop them at any time.

Property offers are listings from agents that match your searches, emailed to you by Housing Market. They are optional. The box is unticked when you sign up and on the enquiry forms, and nothing is sent unless you tick it. Agents never see your name or email address; an agent who promotes a listing sees only how many shoppers match and how the promotion did.

Turn them on or off

  • Tick the box that starts with “Yes, email me property offers” when you create an account or send an enquiry.
  • Later, open My profile and use Property offers. Unticked means we send you no property offers, and the page confirms with Saved.
  • Every offers email also has an unsubscribe link. The email is sent at most once a day.

Property offers are separate from the emails about your own enquiries and from your saved-search alerts. Turning offers off does not change those.
