What do the figures on my portal dashboard mean?
Active Listings and Listing Views are about your listings, Favourite Properties about what you saved, Enquiries about the messages you received.
Dashboard, the first page after you sign in, opens with a row of figures. Agents and home owners see all four; a property shopper sees Favourite Properties and Enquiries.
- Active Listings — your published listings for sale, for rent and as vacation rentals.
- Listing Views — how many times the pages of all your listings have been opened, added together, since they were published.
- Favourite Properties — the properties you saved yourself. It is not the number of people who saved your listings.
- Enquiries — the enquiries you received. For a property shopper, the enquiries you sent.
Below them, the Total Properties chart splits your listings into Listings for Sale, Listings for Rent and Vacation Rentals, and Latest Enquiries lists your four most recent enquiries, each marked Answered or Pending.
Views of each listing
The dashboard shows views for all your listings together, not for each one. Agents and home owners with live listings are also emailed a weekly report on them, which names the most viewed ones.
