What is a property website in the CRM?

A property website is a web page of its own for one listing, with its own link and an enquiry form that sends each enquiry straight to your CRM. It is part of the Pro plan.

Open one of your properties and choose Property website, then Make the website. You can add a headline, which replaces the property title at the top, and a few lines of welcome text. Visitors see the page in the language of their own browser; you choose the language only for visitors whose browser does not say.

Your phone number and your email address are shown on the page only if you tick them. The page shows the property as it appears on your website: the street address stays hidden unless you chose to show the exact location.

A new page is Not published. Choose Publish and anyone with the link can open it; choose Unpublish and the link answers "page not found". Copy the link to share it, print it or put it in an advert. Each enquiry from the page arrives in your CRM as a lead, and the page shows how many came from it.

The page needs the property to be shown on your website or published on a portal. If it is not, the page tells visitors that the property is no longer available, so show it or publish it first. Under Marketing, choose Property websites to see every page you have made.
