Coverage
It is being opened across the country portal network rather than everywhere at once: a market is offered when its professional records have been reviewed, not when its portal exists. A market listed before its records are ready would return results that look authoritative and are not, which is worse for your research than an honest gap.
What “verified” means here
Housing Market Group records two confirmations against a professional account: whether the email address on it has been confirmed, and whether the mobile number has. Where a record carries those confirmations, the network shows them and says which one it is.
It is worth being exact about what that is not. Housing Market Group does not verify real estate licences with a regulator, does not run criminal background or financial checks, and does not certify professional qualifications. A confirmation indicator means the account holder proved control of a contact address — nothing more, and it should not be read as anything more.
What a record may carry
Professional name, brokerage or company as given on the account, country, city where the account records one, professional profile text, stated service area, account confirmation indicators and a link to the Housing Market portal profile. Availability varies by market, by account and by what the account holder has permitted; where a record does not carry a field, it is left out rather than filled in.

What an account can see depends on its access and on what the record's owner has permitted. Use contact data responsibly and comply with privacy, marketing and professional-licensing rules, as well as Housing Market Group's own terms. Bulk extraction, scraping and automated harvesting are not permitted.
