How does Premier Agent decide which leads I receive?
By where the property is. An enquiry about a property is copied to Premier Agents subscribed to that location.
When someone sends an enquiry about a property, the message goes to whoever advertised it — that never changes. Premier Agent then also copies that enquiry to agents who hold a Premier Agent subscription covering the location the property is in.
Matching is on the property location, city first. Your subscription has to be paid and still within its term for anything to be routed to you: an expired or unpaid subscription is skipped, silently, from the moment it lapses.
What it is not
- It is not exclusive. The enquiry still reaches the advertiser, and a location can have more than one Premier Agent.
- It does not move a lead away from anyone. Every Premier Agent lead is a copy.
- It is not retrospective. Enquiries sent before your subscription started are not delivered when it begins.
