How does the referral programme work?
Share your referral link from Refer an agent. When an agent who signed up through it becomes a paying Pro or Business customer of Housing Market CRM, you and they each get 50 USD of Housing Market Ads credit.
Choose Refer an agent in the left menu. The page gives you your own referral link; choose Copy link and send it to an agent you know.
When the credit is earned
An agent who creates their Housing Market CRM account through your link is recorded as referred by you. When they become a paying Pro or Business customer of Housing Market CRM, with their first paid Pro or Business plan invoice, you each get 50 USD of Housing Market Ads credit. The amount is shown on the Refer an agent page. Listing boosts and add-ons on their own (AI Autopilot, Developer Launch, the Importer, unit packs) do not count, and neither does an invoice for nothing, such as a free trial. Only the first paid Pro or Business plan invoice ever qualifies; an add-on bought before it does not use up the referral.
It is credit in Housing Market Ads, to spend on Ads campaigns. It is not paid out as money and it does not reduce your CRM bill.
Who counts
- Self-referrals are not eligible: an account with the same sign-in email as yours, or paying with the same payment account as yours, earns nothing.
- Each account can be referred once.
- The link works when the agent creates their account through it.
Following your referrals
The page totals how many agents signed up with your link, how many have paid, the credit you have earned and the credit on hold. Below that, each referral shows its status — Signed up, not paid yet; Paid; or Not eligible — and what has happened to your credit for it: Not due yet, On hold, or Added to Housing Market Ads.
Credit is added to a Housing Market Ads account. If you do not have one yet, or have not added a card in Housing Market Ads, your credit is held rather than lost, and the page says which of the two is missing; it is added once that is done. The agent you referred sees the same: a note that their credit has been added, or that it is waiting for them.
