What are the Business marketing tools?
Under Marketing, Business tools gives agencies on the Business plan six tools: campaign ROI, area farming, a brand kit with approvals, a team marketing calendar, developer co-marketing and ad audience sync.
Business tools is for agencies on the Business plan. Under Marketing, choose Business tools.
- Campaign ROI shows what happened after your email campaigns: who was sent each one, the leads that followed, the deals won from those leads and the commission recorded on them. Costs are what you type, because the CRM records no spend by itself, and commission is compared with cost only in the same currency.
- Area farming works a neighbourhood for sellers. Name the area, choose the agents who work it, write to the people in your own contacts whose address is there and see what came back. Only people who asked to hear from you are written to, and nothing is sent until you confirm it.
- Brand kit and approvals lets the agency set its logo, colour and templates once. If your agency requires approval, an agent's campaign is sent only after a manager has approved it.
- The team marketing calendar shows every email campaign your agency has scheduled or sent, and your scheduled social posts if you have Housing Market Social.
- Developer co-marketing launches a new development that is published on the portals to your own contacts: choose the project, one of your saved segments and a language, check who the email would reach and send it. The developer receives nothing from this, no contacts and no copy of the email.
- Ad audience sync puts people who agreed to it into an advertising audience for Facebook, Instagram and Google. You record each person's consent, your office accepts the platform's terms and you download a hashed customer file to upload yourself. Sending an audience to a platform from the CRM is not available yet.
A retargeting pixel for property websites is not available yet: it needs each visitor's consent and nothing is installed.
