What does AI Autopilot send, and when does it stop?
By default nothing goes out until you approve it. It never sends one lead more than one Autopilot email a day, and it stops completely on a lead as soon as a person is needed.
Every draft waits for your approval in the lead file and in the approval queue, where you can approve it, edit it or reject it.
It hands the lead over
AI Autopilot stops completely on a lead, and tells you in the CRM and by email with its summary at the top of the lead, when:
- you reply to the lead yourself
- the lead asks for a viewing
- the lead makes an offer
- the lead asks it to stop or unsubscribes
You can also switch it off or on for any single lead.
One email a day
A lead receives at most one AI Autopilot email per day. When several are due, a reply to the lead’s own message comes first, then viewings and price drops, then new listings, then follow-ups; the rest wait for the next day.
