What is Housing Market Manager?
Property management and tenant screening for agencies and property management companies: the property management of Housing Market CRM, with a front door of its own.
It tracks rent as due, received or late, routes maintenance requests to contractors, stores leases with renewal alerts and produces owner statements, including for homes with more than one owner. Housing Market Group never collects rent or handles any other payment.
There are two ways in, and they lead to the same product: Property management inside Housing Market CRM, and the Housing Market Manager front door for property management companies. Both use the same login and the same properties.
It is part of CRM Pro and Business, which include 10 managed units; larger unit packs are described in “How many units can I manage, and what do the unit packs cost?”.
