Where do I see what my Featured Property placement brought in?
On the Featured Property page of your dashboard, Your featured placements lists every placement with its plan, status, dates, the views while it was featured and the enquiries in those days.
Open Featured Property in the dashboard menu. Under the page that sells the placements, Your featured placements shows what each one brought in. You see only your own placements.
- Property: the listing and its number.
- Plan: Basic, Standard, Pro or Ultimate.
- Status: Live, Waiting for a free slot, or Ended. A placement that is waiting shows Starts when a slot is free instead of a start date.
- Start date and End date.
- Views while featured: how many times the listing was viewed on its detail page between those dates. Visits by robots are not counted.
- Enquiries: the enquiries that arrived for the listing in those days. An enquiry that was also passed to a Premier Agent is counted once.
No views yet or No enquiries yet means the figure was read and is zero. Updating means the figure could not be read just now, and it is never shown as zero. Earlier placements stay in the list after they end, so you can compare them.
If you have not featured a property yet, the page says so. A placement increases a listing's visibility but does not guarantee views or enquiries.
