Which language are my CRM notification emails in?
The language you use the CRM in. Switch the CRM to another language and your notification emails switch with it.
Notification emails are written in the language you use the CRM in, in any of its seventeen languages. There is no separate setting: when you change the CRM's language, the emails change too, and the choice is kept with your account.
They come from Housing Market CRM <[email protected]>. Each one names what happened, shows its details, and has an Open in the CRM button and a link to your notification settings.
Choosing what emails you
- On a computer, choose Settings (the gear) at the top of the screen, then Notification preferences.
- For each event, choose where it goes: In the CRM only, Email only, CRM and email, or Don't notify me.
- Choose how often: As it happens, Daily summary or Never. Changes save as you make them.
