Why does it say my email address is already verified?

You opened a verification link that had already been used. Your address is verified and nothing else is needed: sign in.

After you register, the portal emails you a verification link. The first time you open it, the portal shows “Your email address has been verified.”, takes you to the home page and opens the sign-in window.

If you open the same link again, from the email a second time or on another device, you see “Your email address is already verified. You can sign in.” Nothing about your account changes.

If the link does not work

  • The page says “This verification link did not work” when the link has expired or is no longer valid.
  • To get a new link, sign in with your email address and password. While your address is unverified, signing in sends you a fresh verification email. Use the newest one.

Accounts created from Housing Market CRM see “Your email address is verified” with a Continue to Housing Market CRM button instead.
