What do team leaderboards and the weekly owner email show?

On Business, the leaderboard ranks each agent on leads, response time, conversion and deals closed, and the owner gets the week's summary by email every Monday morning.

Both are Business features, because both are about managing other people.

The team leaderboard

Pick a period and each agent gets a row: the leads they received, their median first response time, how many of those leads converted, and the deals they closed. Every figure on a row is measured over the same set of leads — the ones created in the period — so a note typed on an old lead today cannot move this month's numbers.

The weekly owner email

Every Monday morning, in the account owner's own time zone, the owner receives a summary of the previous week:

  • Leads in, including any still unassigned
  • The office's median first response, and how many leads are still waiting for one
  • Deals closed during the week
  • Who is lagging — an agent whose responses are slow, or who has leads left unanswered
  • A table per agent, and a link to the full report

The owner can switch the email off in notification settings.
