Where do I find my invoices and payments, and how do I download an invoice?
On the billing page, Invoices lists your invoices and credit notes and Payments lists your payments, refunds and failed attempts. Filter by product, date and status, open an invoice, and download it as a PDF.
Open the billing page (see "What is the Housing Market billing page, and how do I open it?") and choose Invoices. The list shows each invoice and credit note with its number, date, product, amount and status, which is Paid, Unpaid, Payment failed, Action needed, Credited, Written off or Void. Every Housing Market product you pay for is in the same list.
To narrow the list, choose a product, a start and end date or a status and press Apply. Clear filters brings everything back. Choose View to open an invoice and see who billed you, the service period and the lines, and choose Download PDF to save it.
Payments is the history of money moving on your subscriptions: payments, refunds and payment attempts that failed, each with its date, amount and status, and the number of the invoice it belongs to. It can be filtered in the same way. If you have an advertising wallet, its recent top-ups and spending are listed below.
If you have used a Housing Market portal, invoices from before the billing page appear in a separate list called Earlier portal invoices, shown for reference only. If a list is empty, you have no invoices or payments there yet; nothing is changed or charged by looking.
