Where do I see my Housing Market Ads results in Housing Market CRM?
On the Results tab of Marketing, in the Advertising block: impressions, ad clicks, spend and enquiries from your own campaigns, per campaign.
Open Marketing in Housing Market CRM and then the Results tab. The Advertising block shows, for the period you chose, the impressions, ad clicks, spend and enquiries from the Housing Market Ads campaigns linked to your account, with a line for each campaign. These are your own campaigns, not your office’s, and the figures are read from Housing Market Ads itself.
If nobody has clicked your ads in the period, the block says so instead of showing a bare zero, and the same when there are clicks but no enquiries yet. An enquiry on a portal listing counts only when the visitor came from your ad and their cookie choice allows advertising measurement, so some enquiries are never counted. If Ads does not answer for a moment, the rest of the screen still works and the figures return when it does.
