Can I track commission and forecast my pipeline?
Yes. Recording a deal, its value and its commission is part of Pro; dividing the commission between people, the forecast and the commission statement are part of Business.
Each deal records the property, its value, the commission due — a rate on the value or a flat fee — and how that commission is split between the people who worked it. A split must add up to the whole commission or it is refused, and only agents you can already see in your office can be named on it; anyone else is recorded as an outside party.
A deal moves through Pending, Won, Invoiced and Paid, or is marked Lost, so the office can answer what each person is owed and when. Nothing moves out of Paid, and a lost deal can be brought back to Pending if it comes alive again.
The pipeline forecast is built from the open deals and their expected close dates. It is calculated fresh every time you open it, so a deal closed a minute ago is already reflected rather than waiting for an overnight update. Each currency is forecast on its own and never added to another.
Recording deals and carrying them through to closing is part of Pro and Business. The commission split, the Forecast tab and the Statement tab are part of Business. See "How do I turn a lead into a deal?" and "How do I invoice a deal, and who is owed what?".
