How does lead scoring work?

On Pro, every lead on the board carries a score, and opening it shows the breakdown: which signals raised it, which held it down, and which could not be measured.

Lead scoring puts a score on every card on your lead board and ranks the board by it, so the buyers most likely to move are the ones you see first. It is part of Pro.

The score is built from what the lead and you have actually done, and every one of those signals is shown when you open the breakdown:

  • How quickly the lead was answered
  • How engaged the buyer has been with your messages
  • How recently anything happened on the lead
  • Which stage of the pipeline the lead has reached
  • How the buyer has behaved on the portal, where that is known

A signal that cannot be measured is left out rather than counted against the lead, and the breakdown says how much of the picture was available. A score built on most of the signals is marked as such, so a high number from one signal is never presented as a high number from all of them.

The weights are stated judgements about residential agency rather than a trained model, which is exactly why the breakdown is there: you can disagree with a specific reason rather than with a number. On the free plan the board works as before, and the score shows as a locked Pro feature.
