How does nurture work?

On Pro, nurture emails new matching listings to contacts whose leads have gone quiet, using the brief you recorded. You switch it on under Nurture and can pause it per contact.

When a lead with a brief — what the buyer or tenant is looking for — goes quiet, nurture emails that contact new listings that match it. It checks once an hour, never sends the same listing to the same person twice, and respects unsubscribes. It is part of Pro.

Switching it on

  • In the sidebar, under Marketing, open Nurture.
  • Tick Send matching listings to cold leads.
  • Set Cold after (days), At most one email every (days) and Listings per email.
  • Optionally write your own email subject and opening text, then choose Save.

A contact counts as cold only when none of their open leads has had any activity for that many days, nobody on your team has worked on them in that time, and they have not answered a shortlist. The Nurture activity panel on the same page lists the latest emails, the cold leads with a brief, and the contacts you have paused.

Pausing it for one contact

Open the contact and, in the Listings that fit panel, choose Pause nurture; Resume nurture turns it back on. Listings you send yourself from that panel still go out while nurture is paused.
