Can I see which listings a lead has been browsing?

Where the portal knows who the buyer is and they have agreed to it, a lead's record shows the listings they have been looking at. For many leads it is empty, and that is expected.

The lead record has a browsing history panel: the listings the buyer has viewed on the portal, and when. It is on every plan, and it is the same information that feeds the portal part of a Pro lead score.

It is often empty, and each reason is legitimate:

  • The lead was typed into the CRM by hand, so it never came from a portal.
  • The buyer enquired without signing in, so the portal does not know who they were.
  • The buyer has not agreed to their browsing being recorded. Without that consent nothing is kept.

An empty panel therefore does not mean a buyer is not interested — only that there is nothing the platform is allowed to show you.
