What happens to an enquiry somebody sends from my site?

It appears under Enquiries in your account. Passing it into Housing Market CRM is being built.

Somebody fills in an enquiry form on your site, and what they write appears under Enquiries in your account, with their name, email address, telephone number if they gave one, their message and when it arrived. There are three forms: the one on each published property page, the one on a listing's landing page, and a site-wide one visitors reach from Show an enquiry bar on phones or from Offer a message form when a visitor is about to leave, both of which you switch on under Getting in touch in the editor. The contact details section is not a form — it publishes your email address and telephone number as links, so a visitor who uses those writes to you directly and nothing appears under Enquiries.

An enquiry marked Not emailed has not been sent to you by email, so check Enquiries in the console rather than waiting for a message in your inbox.

Two things are still being built, and they are the two people usually ask for next: passing the enquiry into Housing Market CRM so it joins the same follow-up workflow as everything else, and routing it to a particular person rather than to the account. Housing Market CRM exists and can be used today; the connection between it and a Cloud site does not.
