How do documents, contracts and leases work?

Every plan has a document vault on contacts and listings with expiry reminders. Pro adds contracts from your templates, signed on screen, and lease records that remind you before a lease ends.

Document vault

Keep documents against a contact, a listing or a lease, with an expiry date if they have one, and the CRM reminds you before it passes. Agents archive documents; deleting takes a manager with the right to, and a signed document cannot be deleted by anyone.

Contracts, on Pro

Generate a contract from one of your own templates and have it signed on screen. Each signature is tied to the exact text shown to the signer, and once the first signature is on it, the text can no longer be edited, so everyone signs the same document.

Leases, on Pro

Record what a landlord and tenant agreed and mark its status yourself. When an active lease is getting close to its end, the CRM raises a lead for the tenant, who is about to look for a new home, and a follow-up to ask the landlord whether to relist. Rent and deposit are recorded for reference only; the CRM never collects or converts money.
