Why can I only see the first part of my guide?
Because the free plan previews the first two sections. The rest of the guide exists and appears on Insights Pro.
Problem
The guide preview in Content studio stops after two sections, the report option is shown with a lock, and the download button offers an upgrade instead of a PDF.
Most likely cause
You are on the free plan. The free preview deliberately shows the first two sections so you can see what a guide looks like before paying for one. Nothing has failed and nothing is missing from your guide — the remaining sections are simply not displayed.
What to do
- Save the guide. It is saved in full, so nothing is lost while you decide.
- Open Settings, then Billing, and check what your account currently is. If it says free research, that is the explanation.
- If you want the whole guide, the report layout, the section controls and the PDF, that is Insights Pro, at $19/month.
If it still does not work
- If your account already shows Pro and the guide is still truncated, sign out and back in. The page reads your plan when it loads, so a plan that changed while the tab was open will not be picked up until it reloads.
- If it shows Pro and a reload does not fix it, note the market and the guide you were working on and contact support with those details.
